To be most satisfied with your purchased items, please consider the following information before placing your order. 


1.REVIEW OUR SIZE GUIDE IN ACCORDANE TO YOUR MEASUREMENTS

If you are still unsure of your size, you can take advantage of our FREE customized sizing service. Simply choose the size which is closest to your body measurements and include your height, waist, hips and bust measurements as a comment to your order. 
Consider that customized items could not be returned after, unless they are defective.


2. SEE PRODUCTS' MATERIALS AND COLOR OPTIONS

In order to reduce textile waste pollution, some of our designs are made from surplus fabrics. Therefore, if the availability of a certain fabric color is exhausted, we may replace it with another, but very similar one.

Since we can't capture all the color variations, we have another solution in the COLORS GUIDE.

3. PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY 

We do not stock up on quantities to reduce our environmental impact. With few exceptions, the designs displayed in our online store are made specifically for each order. The production time requires approx. 3-10 business days, but it takes up to 4 weeks during promotional activities, seasonal sales or holidays.

Besides, all customized articles we proudly offer assume further tailoring and personal touch ups, all considered to affect actual production time. 


4. REVIEW ALL SHIPPING INFORMATION CAREFULLY

Listed delivery times refer only to courier’s mailing term. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Aakasha does not have any responsibility on import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by your destination country that may apply.


5. PRICING & CURRENCY

All prices published online, payments and invoices are in USD (American dollars). 
Payments are also available in other currencies, depending on the payment method you choose.

The price paid is non-negotiable from the time of order until the end of the production process. We are grateful to all our customers who respect the cost of our work and realize that what they have paid for is worth more than the fast fashion retail.


6. PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal. The card payment system we use is SafeCharge. 

Please note that our online shop is hosted in Bulgaria and customers are responsible for all customs fees and additional taxes related to the transaction.


7. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon placing your order, a confirmation page will display your order number. Also, a confirmation with your order details will be sent to you by e-mail. To always have access to your orders history, we advise you to register an account.

Due to the latest regulations for trade in the United Kingdom, we imposed a minimum value of $195 for all orders we ship to the UK.


8. CHANGE / CANCEL ORDER

Cancellation is never possible once the construction of your items has started. 

We are able to make changes or cancellations only within a few hours after your order has been placed. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist.
