I.  RETURN TERMS AND CONDITION

WE ACCEPT RETURNS and we will HELP you send back the purchase that does not suit or fit you! Please, note that ACCEPTABLE RETURNS PERIOD for all our selling platforms is within 30 calendar days from delivery, otherwise enquiries will be uncompensated. To make a Return you need to qualify for these few terms below.

1.      All returned items must be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND NEW CONDITION, not washed or altered in any possible way, with product tags and labels still attached,

2.      The Return Form should be filled appropriately. It is in a small black envelope sent along with your order.

3.      Return date should be within 30 calendar days from courier delivery date. Signature proof of delivery can be easily monitored by using the order’s tracking number on www.dhl.com

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS cannot be returned due to their specific and unique sizing, unless a case of defect or incorrectly sent item is proven and these return instructions are to be followed. 

II.                 RETURN METHODS

SCHEDULED PACKAGE PICKUP is a special customer service, whereby we organize a timely and safe pickup of your return parcel via our partners from DHL from your door or elsewhere. Special pick up for Continental Europe - 25$

Special pick up rest of the world - 35$

If you decide to post with Registered Mail or International Courier per your choice and expense, make sure to request a full coverage tracking number, because in this case our team is not responsible and cannot guarantee delivery. III.                 EXCHANGE ADMISSION 

Due to Exchanges requiring transactions  fees in case of garment price differences, plus prolonged two-way shipping downtime period, we recommend returns only. Any desired garments or accessory can be purchased online as a change of mind in size or design, while its unsatisfactory original order version is posted with a refund request! Only booked DHL returns could be executed as “same order replacements” due to being prompt and supervised! 

In case of negotiated none standard exchange between client and customer support, our team reserves the right to apply a 10% commission of the total refund amount as administrative and restocking fee

IV.               PAYMENT REFUND TIMING 

After we collect your return, please allow 1-3 business days for your enquiry to be processed and funds to be submitted back to the initial payment account in original perchase currency. PayPal and Bank transactions require up to 4 days to appear in statement, while Credit Card statements may need up to 10 days.
