Pick Up Service for EU countries (valid for up to 4 items per 1 payment)

Let us manage your return by scheduling a package pickup from your door for a preferential fee. Within 2 business days after cleared payment, you will receive a DHL email with scheduled pickup date and time, and ready-to-print shipping labels attached. Affix one copy of the label securely to the package and give the other to the visiting courier. Please, do not include any other documents in the package! 

You are not home? First, cancel the courier visitation via our contact form. Then, drop off your package at the nearest DHL service point with the shipping label attached. 

NOTE:

• Shipments declared with high value are subject to customs charges.
• Duty fees and taxes are always charged to the customer when they apply.
• The DHL pick-up service is unavailable for the United Kingdom and Russia.
