Let us manage your return by scheduling a package pickup from your door or elsewhere thanks to our DHL partners for a preferential fee. Delivery back takes up to 4 days in comparison to same priced Post Services taking weeks.

Within 2 days after cleared payment, you will receive a DHL email with scheduled pickup date and time, and ready-to-print shipping labels attached.  Affix one copy of the label securely to the package and give the other to the visiting courier. Please, do not include any other documents in the package!

NOTE:

• Custom items cannot be returned by Return Policy due to their specific and unique sizes.
• Duty fees and taxes are always charged to the customer when they apply.
• Shipments declared with high value are subject to customs charges.
• The DHL pick-up service is unavailable for the United Kingdom and Russia.
